* In case the design of the project documentation for a capital construction facility requires more regulations to ensure reliability and safety than those provided by the regulatory technical documentation, or such regulations are not established, then the design of the project documentation should be preceded by the stage of development and approval of specific technical specifications in accordance with the established procedure.
Requirements for the FSM section are regulated by the Governmental Decree N 87 of February 16, 2008 “On the structure of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content”, by section 9 “Fire Safety Measures”.
